Conveniently located in Lubbock, Texas, George H. Nelson and his daughter Elizabeth S. After serving as First Assistant District Attorney in Lubbock from 1961 to November of 1965, George H. Nelson entered the private practice of law. Throughout the years George Nelson has been involved in a full range of personal injury litigation on the plaintiff’s side of the docket as well as in family law, probate, and general civil litigation matters. Although the firm emphasizes these areas, the George Nelson Law Firm also represents numerous business and professional clients in its wide-ranging general practice.
Elizabeth is a Lubbock native and a fourth generation attorney in the Nelson Family. She devotes much of her practice to handling Family Law issues such as divorce and child custody. With over 11 years of experience, Ms. Nelson’s clients can be assured she will work hard to assist them in coping with the emotional, financial and legal challenges that accompany family law issues.
